Scanner functionality

The app provides barcode and QR code scanning for data collection. Users are responsible for lighting and camera focus for best scan results.

Google Sheets integration

The app can write to Google Sheets that you connect. Depending on the connection method you choose, rows may be sent from the device directly to Google APIs, through our Cloud Run API, or through the app’s Apps Script web app. You must have appropriate access and permissions to the connected spreadsheet.

Data handling and security

Scanned data that you send is written to the Google spreadsheet you selected. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account and spreadsheet sharing settings. See the Privacy Policy for how Google Sign-In, Sheets, and Drive access work.

User responsibilities

Users must have the right to scan and store the data they collect, and must comply with applicable data collection laws and regulations.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss or transmission errors.

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes.
