Columns and suggested data types
Row 1 of the sheet holds the column names. In the app, give each column one of these types and the scan form fills itself in.
| Column | App data type | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Time | Timestamp | Filled in automatically when you scan. |
| Barcode | QR / Barcode | The scanned value. Mark it required. |
| Product | Select | Pick the product name from a list, or use Text. |
| Quantity | Number | Set a default of 1 for one-per-scan counting. |
| Location | Select | Shelf, bin or zone. |
| Note | Text | Free text, for example a PO number. |
